Sangre-Taina by Meceidi – Limited Return Policy

At Sangre-Taina by Meceidi, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:

Damaged Items Only
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.

Immediate Notification Required
Customers must notify us as soon as the product is received. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be considered valid.

Proof of Damage
To process your request, please provide clear photos of:

The damaged product
The packaging (including any visible damage)

Review & Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement (if available), or
Store credit

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Items reported after the 24-hour window

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once shipped, the order must go through the standard return process.
